If you have achieved national or international recognition for extraordinary abilities in science, arts, education, business, sports, film, or television, the O-1 visa may be your pathway to working in the United States
For individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, education, business, or athletics (not including the arts, motion pictures or television industry).

Essential Support Personnel
The O-2 classification is for individuals who will accompany an O-1 artist or athlete to assist in a specific event or performance. The O-2 worker must have critical skills and experience with the O-1 visa holder that cannot be readily performed by a U.S. worker.
O-2 visa is granted for the same period as the O-1 visa holder
Spouse & Children
The O-3 classification is for spouses and unmarried children under 21 years old of O-1 and O-2 visa holders. Family members can accompany or follow to join the principal visa holder.
O-3 visa holders cannot engage in employment but may attend school
